1. Device Valuation
The price quoted on our website is an estimate based on the information provided by you regarding the condition of the device. The final offer is subject to physical verification by our field executive. If the actual condition differs from the provided details, the final price may be adjusted accordingly or the order may be cancelled.
2. Ownership and Legitimacy
You certify that you are the legal and rightful owner of the device you are selling. Devices reported as lost or stolen will not be accepted. You must provide a valid ID proof during the pickup process.
3. Device Preparation
Before handing over the device, it is your sole responsibility to:
- Backup all your data.
- Perform a full factory reset.
- Remove SIM cards and Memory cards.
- Remove cloud accounts (like iCloud, Google accounts).
CashOnSell will not be held responsible for the loss of any data or media left on the device.
4. Payment
Payments will be processed at the time of pickup upon successful verification of the device. Payments can be requested via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer as per available limits and regulatory guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
CashOnSell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the quoted value of the device in question.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
